Earth Hour March 28th, 2009

The World Wildlife Fund wants the world to "turn out the lights" for one hour - EARTH HOUR - on March 28th at 8:30 p.m. local time to make a global statement of concern for climate change. In the past, cities around the world have "blacked out" their skylines, and homes and businesses have done the same.
