Where has the summer gone? We are nearing the end, and as those of us in education begin to plan for a new school year, let's share our ideas, thoughts, and resources for "Going Green" and working to stop climate change! I know that I have been traveling a lot this summer, learning a lot, reading a lot, talking with other educators, etc. Oh, yes, I did relax, too. But, now it is time to start thinking about "powering up" for the next academic year.

THE GREENS, a PBS Web site that encourages kids to explore sustainability and take action wherever they can, is offering free Activity Guides to educators working with 9 to 12-year olds.
