Earth Day 2009 - April 22nd
What is your school or organization planning for Earth Day this year? In years past, we have had every student on campus involved in an activity...tree planting, flower planting, campus clean-up, nature journaling, Earth Day Groceries Project (decorating grocery bags with Earth Day messages, then returning them to the store for use), etc.
This year, we are planning a "Green Week" at St. George's during which we will do different things all week. Our theme will be centered on climate change, reducing carbon footprints, etc.
